We invested more than $4,000 within the shop found on Main in Hot Springs, Illinois. Once the furniture was shipped on Oct. 23rd, we obtained the incorrect side buffet table. After I named the shop, they stated there is a combination on skew figures but might purchase the main one we taken care of and obtain it out to us immediately. Sara, named and stated it was in which Frank could be providing it. I expected her if it had been the ground design and may not obtain a reaction. She simply kept stating that Bob might look after it. While Sara named and stated Bob could be therein half an hour, I informed her to inform Frank to not enhance the ground design, when I had previously observed the form it had been in in the shop. Again she'd not react. I expected her twice more, point-blank, "could it be the ground design?" Again I really could not get her to reply an easy yes or no. While Bob came he'd the glass buffet stand within the back of his vehicle, just coated using a quilt. It was him and his spouse that sent it. Very Unprofessional!!! I expected him point-blank if it was the ground design and he'd not reply me. As he got another someone to his vehicle, I observed the amount from the back knee, drawers all messed up and scores about the attributes. Frank became popular after launching another desk. I named Sara and told her that I had been fooled and did they believe we were silly. She stated I'd need to keep in touch with Frank, which he'd not maintain before following day. I informed her that she was unprofessional by evading and basically reveal a bald face rest. She put on me. Our siblings, mom-in law visited the shop that eveing and spoke to Brian the Store-Manager. The dialogue got actual hot when he explained they no further create that design and also havenot for some time. It's a genuine disgrace the shop attempted to push-off a broken furniture piece that top dollar was taken care of. Our cousin did get loud with Brian and he got in her experience and screamed at her. Then he attempted to toss her from the shop. She also taken care of the furniture. He informed her he was a military guy like a risk which was soooo unprofessional of him. He explained we cannot proceed any greater with this criticism since he's store-manager and there's no body above him.
I've never in most my decades observed such disrespect and disrespect from the furniture shop. After spending over $4,000 inside your shop and also to be handled like this is horrible.
These were rude, lied, and was disrespectful.
