Bad customer service/no delivery date

We requested a mattress from Mor and also the shipping day was postponed at the least four-times till I eventually quit and questioned the cost on my charge card. They'd set a shipping day, then phone (occasionally your day before) to wait the shipping date with a week. Our concept is that this: whenever you purchase furniture from this fraud organization the salesman gets you-all worked up about the shipping day that will be the following week, realizing full well that it's not going to be shipped for another 6 to 2 months, like the majority of other furniture shops. Then they transform it to their rude "customer support" repetition who calls each week to wait the shipping. Another factor: We got a number of hang up the phone calls that we believe were the "customer support" individuals who were awaiting the equipment to get simply because they realized I'd get angry. Onetime I acquired and he or she stated she was simply "confirming the delivery day", then she called back a few hours later to depart a note slowing shipping. THE SAME WOMAN.

I suppose that many individuals have so much psychological money and time spent to stop and simply take the setbacks. This is exactly what they expect. I terminated the purchase following the next wait and discovered precisely what I had been searching for on and website, requested it and OBTAINED it prior to the last wait day of the mattress from Mor.

Do not shop at mor!!!
