I purchased a furniture product from thius organization on complete cost money terms with shipping. Them was said to be shipped on x day each morning. Right before the shipping, I obtained a phone the product is likely to be shipped within the morning. At after dark morning shipping time, with no body telling me why them remains not shipped, I named the client support hotline of the organization.
- an extremely inexperienced appearing support team responded the phone call and after some checking she stated that the shipping is likely to be postponed with a further 20mins. I informed her my disappointment about lacking been educated and also the organization;s irresponsibility in not sticking with supply timings. The team chuckled and that I was severely upset.
- 20mins after dark really late time, them was still not shipped. I named the salesperson format to tell them what occurred which I'd not purchase the following products I considered purchasing in the organization. But there is no solution in the sales team on which occurred so when the shipping can be achieved.
