How crazy! I recently bought a family room set In The Roomstore, had it shipped, it did not match through my door and so I was compelled to decline the collection. They questioned basically desired to choose another thing out, I said no. I ended it entirely. Today I am, being billed a shipping charge for anything I never obtained! I named the financial institution, the shop, customer support - no body offered mean answer, they stated it had been "plan". I never closed SOMETHING declaring that may/might occur. And nothing beats that's on the site or within the box that emerged along side it. THERE'S NO WRITTEN DOCUMENT STATING THEY COULD CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE IF PRODUCT IS RETURNED.in my opinion that's named ILLEGITIMATE and fortunately my lawyer confirms!
