Poor service

The Roomstore has got the toughest customer support. I bought a room team on Feb. 17th. Upon purchasing the salesperson educated me they didn't possess the whole team, which I'd need to wait till it became accessible and somebody might provide me a phone. No body actually named me and so I named them to determine when the team was in yet. They explained the furniture was in and they might provide it on Mar. 7-th, 12-4 pm. On Mar 6th at 8:00pm I received a phone in the shipping department. Showing me the headboard was broken an undeliverable. I had been really annoyed and that I had told them that used to do not need a mattress to rest on. Anyhow, I told them to provide the remainder of the collection since I didn't trust them to maintain it. The bed room collection was settled entirely. On Mar. 7th the "so-called" shipping group turned up at my doorway at4:00 pm. These were extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. Anyhow, they might not obtain the furniture up the actions in my own house. I'd to employ a moving business to obtain the furniture upstairs towards the bedroom. They made it happen efficiently. I wound up spending the transferring organization exactly the same quantity I'd previously settled the Roomstore for shipping. I'll NEVER purchase something in the Roomstore again!!!
