Misleading their customers

I'd the exact same issue. I purchased a foam bed from Ikea after I requested the woman accountable of this department about their return policy. She stated obviously that it's 3 months if you should be unsatisfied “Satisfaction Quarentie”. I attempted to come back the mattress after 10 times because it was a vey poor quality plus they had the next reasons:

I'm returning a used bed. That we couldn’t be pleased easily don’t check it out. I'm not returning the bed in its unique deal. There's no methods I will package the bed again in its unique deal. The presentation they've was created to not be recycled. They got the bed for their factory to examined, plus they described that it's a spot plus they can't go back. Obviously, I couldn’t opt for them-and possibly, when there is any spot, it'd be from their filthy ground.

I'll never store in Ikea again being that they are deceiving their customers concerning the return policy, to allow them to promote their goods.
