We requested our mattress and bedbase on 11/15/09. We bought the HB Backtex P1 bed and HB wired rest system foundation. Just before delivery-we obtained a phone in the HealthyBack warehouse informing us there's a minor split within the bedbase, however itis small and they're going to provide it and substitute it once a brand new one is obtained in the factory. We decided, being unsure of the degree of the "minor rip" within the bedbase. Once the bed and bedbase came there is an enormous split, roughly how big canteloupe, in the centre of the bottom.
