Poor quality of mattress

Dear Sirs,

We bought a Majesty Company bed from Bed Giant (who no further offers Serta beds) Frisco Texas. On 10/08/08. We observed instantly the bed sinks once the bodyweight is utilized & we taken care of a specialist to research but he simply blew us off & quit.

Mattress Giant no more offers or has something to complete w / Serta., and so I am remaining w / a $876 bit of crap.

Please suggest how I will get help with this issue.
