September 13 – 10:10am – Brenda California named back and stated that headquarters stated that they'd purchase the pillows at free to us. This is actually the same physical component that's today “supposedly” been on purchase since Mom explained she'd put it on purchase July 23. Exactly the same physical component that Brenda California explained was “on order” July 13.

July 27 (4:20pm) – Obtained via FEDEX the physical component for that couch. I'll contact Lazy-Boy tomorrow and make an effort to put up each day/period for mount of physical component and pillows.

July 28 (12:00 noon) – I named Lazy-Boy Support to setup something phone. I informed them that parts have now been obtained for that couch, pillows and physical components. (Which stay in their unique delivery containers, unopened). I talked with Gwen. She mentioned that she might have something technology out below Friday or Sunday, I informed her Friday could be best. She stated there could be free for that installing of the components. Furthermore, she mentioned somebody might contact me Friday July 30 to verify a period frame screen once the support technology could be below.

July 30 (2:05pm) – Automated support phone from Lazy-Boy – INCH-866-424-4886 to verify the support technology could be here tomorrow between 8:00am and 12:00noon. “To verify push 1” …… I pushed 1 and today wait the support technology tomorrow. Ideally this is the final period we've to get hold of Lazy-Boy for that American-Made item.
