Disappointing service

My partner and that I bought two couches from Levin right before Holiday of 2008. Whenever we obtained the couches, we observed quickly that people were going into them a unique quantity. These were different quality whilst the shop couches. After of a dozen telephone calls, from early January, and 3 appointments by Chuck the furniture restoration guy, we're still in ownership of 2 terrible couches, today with fresh support inserts. (it was not the issue.) It's July. I contact EVERYDAY to check on the standing of our state. I keep in touch with the shop manager, not the support manager, whilst the one within the Levin shop in Robinson Township knows NOTHING about professionalism. He really believed to my spouse, "What am I designed to do with 2 applied couches?" along with other classics such as for instance, "I offered you fresh support positions, what more would you like?" Today I talked to some new support person. She advised me the next thing would be to possess the shop pick them up and consider them towards the store to become support when they experience it's required. Something tells me they'll discover the couches "just good." This is solved if this means calling them every single day. When it's, I assure I'll NEVER purchase from Levinis again.
