I'd poor encounter with Lazboy Sugarland. I purchased 3 products (2 reclyner 1 couch) in the Lazboy shop sugarland (t / revenue title: david) to ship to Philippines this past year. Once theyare appeared, I discovered that 1 (one) of product, reclyner was transformed with another sequence with no verification or authorization from me (CD871372 to C845168), furthermore I Would compensated with various costs on my purchase. I'm still questioning, is that this how they purchase their material to individuals or clients, particularly when the customers are originating from external nation? Or is that this only among thousand "factor " that may occurred because of "anything" otherwise... I actually donot understand... Wish, they'll possess the answer for this issues...
