I requested and taken care of a catnapper cloudnine couch on 4-14-09 with cymaxstores.com on the 800-number. I had been informed it'd be shipped in 2-3 months. Soon after providing them with my charge card to finilize the deal i obtained an email with purchase figures and shipping times. It mentioned shipping usually takes as much as four weeks and so I called back and talked towards the sales person. Who got my order (significantly less than one-hour after putting the purchase) and he explained do not fear you ought to have it from the end-of the month. Therefore at that time used to donot stop the purchase. It's now been 45 times but still no seat! Many calls to cymax shops got me nowhere. Many calls to homedirectusa (the shipping organization) got me nowhere. Everybody excellent about the telephone but nonetheless they've my cash and that I have nothing. The neighborhood supply telephone number that homedirectusa supplied me that will be situated half an hour from below does not answer their telephone or have an answering device or service. BEST GUIDANCE: invest a bit more and help the local store not the web stores. I'll provide this several more times before i contact my lender to obtain my cash back.
