I bought a couch from restoration hardware about 7 years back. The fabric was thin so when i indicated concerns about that the salesperson explained it's a lifetime warranty. The fabric has disintigrated. I don't possess a puppy or was it abused by any means. They claim it was because of normal deterioration. I've another couch within an ajacent space which was bought round the same time which is still in excellent condition. Resto equipment must have never used this material like a furniture covering and since has stopped. They've done nothing to assist and for the cost i settled i'm extremely disappointed with the durability of this item. Avoid their guarantee. You'd be better buying from ralph lauren for this price the standard is definitely better.
