We order a couch on Nov and received the Item in february. Not the time line we were told. We also were told by the delivery agent that the Item was damaged and had to be turn back to restoration Hardware. They made their usual apology and said they would ensurea better service and outcome. We waited again for some time, April 16th and then were told again by Restoration hardware, Linda Jimenez that there was a dent in the back, as well as, discoloration on the back of the couch. We are very upset with this business and hope someone looks into their practice. We were told we would get our full refund and a gift certicifcate for all of our troubles. I truly believe the people on the phones were not at fault, but someone is. Help, Help, Help. This is not how a business should be operated.
