We purchased a Serta bed in 1998 and within 2 yrs it sagged on both edges having a hill between us. Taking a look at it today it appears like we've a hill to get a mattress. We've switched this mattress regular for 11 years but we are getting too old to cope with this Master bed. I understand it's 11 years however it hasbeen such as this for that previous 9 years. I wrote to John however they completely ignored me. Obviously we're on the market to get a new bed. After having settled over $1400 last period, I am reluctant to invest this sort of cash.
