I've experienced a level worse scenario relating to the Hankis Good Furniture shop situated in Sherwood, Illinois. The knowledge was so scary that I've provided the supervisor the name: "Mike The Jackass".

Mike and his team may lay about any and anything. The may inform whichever rest it requires to help make the purchase.in my own situation, they lied concerning the following:

1) wrongly stated that the $1777.00 "D" wall-unit office table team was "solid wood". They refused the collection involved forced/composite timber or additional low-wood products or laminate.

2) incorrectly stated they had a-7 day 100% cash back guarantee.

The collection was shipped and 3 items instantly were mentioned to become broken. One-piece have been previously broken and sent to a preceding client, that was delivered and repacked for shipping in my experience. There is AN ENORMOUS gap in its available bookcase hutch where somebody had formerly attempted to exercise a for installation of the shelf.
