Bought a $3500 "Mystere" design Comfor Pedic bed and exactly what a bit of trash and thus is their "customer support" Mattress is just 2 yrs old and it has a sink-hole in the centre. The sink-hole has broken my back so poorly that it affects constantly. We've today started sleeping on our previous bed that people had before we purchased this bit of garbage. "Customer Support" claims that people bought a "As is", "troubled", or "floor-model" this isn't accurate! The mattress was created many weeks after our purchase as well as has got the date-stamped on the stock label. Do not purchase a Simmons item thier guarantee is only phrases without any meaning.
