I, too, was told to go online within 48 hours of my Pier 1 purchase and complete a survey. I am not about to spend a lot of time searching for this survey, but agree with the other commenter that it cannot be found.
It would be nice if I could find it, because my receipt states that upon completing the Pier 1 survey, I will receive a coupon for $10.00 off my next purchase of $50.00 or more. Since I really like Pier 1 merchandise, and my spouse has been unemployed for over a year and a half, the opportunity to save $10.00 would have been quite nice.
All I can say is, "Please get it together, Pier 1"!
