Delivery being postponed week after week

We bought a couch with Ashley fremont on 10/4/08 and projected shipping on 10/15/08. They stated they'll contact us your day before shipping. Nobody actually named about the 15th or 24 hours later. I continued calling each week and each week the client support woman might claim there's been a wait and also the fresh projected shipping day is likely to be next sunday. It's currently 11/4 and we still haven't gotten our couch. We've been resting on the ground within our family room for that length of the delay.

We're currently being billed attention because the evening that people quit the shop and we've not obtained couch however. That's truly unfair business practice. Having the ability to DIRECT clients on convinced that they'll obtain their items and yet don't have them.

Also, within their bill it says that instantly 24 hours later of rescheduling you'll be billed 30% restocking charge. Exactly what the... They're the reason behind the shipping to become overdue and we still need to spend restocking?

All we would like is just a right solution regarding whenever we can get our furniture. The client support doesnt actually understand when the furniture is produced however or could it be a problem with shipping.
