We bought the Stainsafe Warranty 5 years back... They're an entire fraud!!! Your first-year we'd our couch I sent stainsafe in regards to a spot on my sofa. No reaction, and so I named them in regards to a week later. Well, since I have told them I sent them in regards to a week later, my state was refused simply because they didn't react to my mail also it was after dark 5 times you're designed to contact them.

I tried calling the technology numerous occasions... No reaction. I actually quit a note! I called stainsafe. They tried calling the technology. No reaction! So that they designated me a brand new technology and explained I'd to hold back another 5-7 business days. I talked using the boss, she apologized many times and guaranteed me they might send the very best technology in the region. Never heard anything after seven days. Lastly after calling and worrying, then calling the technology myself, a technology arrived 24 hours later... This could be july 1st!!! The technology arrived and declined to wash my sofa. He explained he did not wish to damage the color of my sofa since it is just a cream-color. Stainsafe requested him to come back to my home to wash it, he declined. What exactly happened next??? They refused me for numerous spots!!! Though they understood and also have on the documents that i documented 3 tiny spots.
And so I named price area furniture who offered it in my experience. The boss i talked with proposed that i consider appropriate motion... Since she'd to. It got her two decades to obtain them to repair her furniture! Why are furniture companies selling this warranty once they know!!! The boss stated she'd contact stainsafe for me personally a week ago and he or she might contact me back the moment possible. Have i heard back from her... Number!!!
