Horrible bed!

We'd our fresh Simmons Beautyrest Century - Veneto king-size mattress sent to us on 3-1-08. Merely a month after sleeping onto it, there's CURRENTLY a "pit" where we rest! We reported quickly to Ashley Furniture. Your choices are to switch the mattress to get a diverse mattress within their shop (we don't take care of another options within their shop), or spend a restocking charge of $500.00! Exactly what a total rip-off! Here we believe we're purchasing a leading-of-the-point mattress, prepared to invest $2300.00 on our expense, which the client support they offer! Simply no "Hello, I am awfully sorry this occurred. We will ensure it is right for $2300.00!" We feel just like the shop must remain behind the things they market to people! Yes, we're able to contact Simmons to get a unique bed. But, after some study, I Have unearthed that we're not the only real those who have had this issue with this specific bed. We don't need an upgraded - we would require them every couple of months! That is therefore frustrating. We work hard for the cash. The economy is poor at this time. Here we believed we were creating a great choice, and there's simply no follow-through with client satisfaction
