If you don't wont your worst nightmare to happen do not buy any furniture from conn's ; they have the worst warehouse/delivery service I have ever seen; it has been three week since they started the first delivery for my bedroom set and I am still sleeping on the floor; after three different scheduled delivery dates I was told they did not have the bed rails; at this point I feel like once they get your money your on your own; you have to do all of the calling to find out whats going on with your order otherwise they will not contact you; I will not be recommending anyone to conn's which is sad due to the fact I have done a lot of business with them in the past.
