My first experience with overstock and last one, the customer service cannot answer any question, repeat the same message, they sent me a bed but the mattresses are nowhere, they say it's UPS responsibility! They'll back in touch with me. NOTHING, desperating
Their website this type of mattress is out of stock now, so did they charge me knowing they did not send it?
