I purchased two twin mattress and on a whim added in mattress covers since it was convenient. I added overnight shipping so my kids would have the beds.
Guess what was shipped overnight? The mattress cover. Guess what took nearly 2 weeks to get? Yep, the mattresses. So I paid about $30 for overnight shipping for the covers, which was way more than the cost of the product and totally worthless without the mattresses.
The customer service rep was obstinate and patronizing, and refused to refund my shipping costs. I had spent hundreds of dollars in the past from this store, and this refusal cost them all future business, not to mention me creating an account here just so I can tell everyone about my experience. I am still so mad thinking about how inconvenienced we all were and what a sucky experience all around.
