Payment made to early so my account shows missed payment. Never missed a payment and paid early. Called to find out what the problem was as my account was paid in the same month as the bill. Talked to india customer service and got a canned answer but agreed to waive the late fee. I must make a double payment to get my account back to current status and unable to adjust the early payment as it posted to previous month.
