I purchased a Brinkmann BBQ with a conversion kit for natural gas hookup. The kit did not have "stop pins" for the process. Brinkmann just forgot to add them in the new model? Bryce ordered them right away, along with new burners, because NG was not fully turning on the BBQ. That did not work. Every time, Bryce would personally call me and return calls promptly. He recommended calling a plumber to see if it was the NG pressure. The plumber "red-tagged" the Brinkmann BBQ as unsafe and advised me not to turn it on, as something was leaking.
Bryce was notified and personally brought out a replacement BBQ within 18 hours of the "re-tag" notification. The BBQ had already been built in, so Bryce and a team member made the cleanest possible break to replace it and confirm a working BBQ right before the long Memorial Weekend!
