I purchased a Brinkmann Gas Grill in April of I used it for the second time in June for the last time. I had lit the grill to pre heat it, 5 minutes later the whole outside of the grill had caught fire. I ran inside to get the kitchens fire extinuisher, then out to the grill to extinguish the flames." The Fire had caught the underside of the grill to catch fire, the inside was untouched.
I had reported this issue to the Home Depot, then to the customer service of Brinkmann. The customer service rep from Brinkmann had asked I get him the Model# and Serial#, I had done so.
Three weeks went buy, I called back the customer service line at Brinkmann, since I had'nt had a return phone call? They could'nt help me. I had to await a call from Arron Brickstaff.., Still waiting?
I had sent Arron Brickstaff numerous emails, No response, No response No response, No response, No response, No response, No response, No response, I will never buy a Brinkmann everagain! I would like to file a class action suite..
