Straight Forward Moving was recommended to me by a friend who used them a couple of years ago. When I called the office, they gave me a quote in real time, sending it to my email. A day later they called me with a better rate, which was really good, so I booked the move with them. On move day the movers started off by letting me know that I need to pay them tip - not a good sign. That really pissed me off that the foremen were asking for a tip before the job was completed. Once they start working I realize those guys doesn't know how to do the job right: they are being careless with boxes labeled fragile, they put the TV in a big box without protecting it, and although they did cover some of the furniture with blankets, that was done without protecting the corners. I called the office to speak to my representative and she said that should bring up the issue to her manager and handle the situation. Nonetheless, the foreman got a call to leave the job because a new crew was being sent in to fix the issue. I had restrictions with the storage I was moving out of that needed to finish by 5 and SFM promised that they would be there before then. Not only had they also offered to give me a 50 dollar discount off the total bill. Totally rectified the situation. Thank you!!!
