We hired Straight Forward Moving to move our 4 bedroom apartment to a smaller two bedroom one. The pricing process was awfully long because I was having a garage sale to get rid of items (considering I'm moving to a much smaller house). My price kept changing and I am pretty sure I drove the reps crazy - but they were patient and understanding. And this positive and kind attitude persevered until the very last moment! On the day of pickup the movers showed up to pack on time, and it turned out that I had less items (because of the still ongoing garage sale) but to them it was no concern. They took the extra items off the list, and deducted from the price! Now THAT is STRAIGHT FORWARD!!!
They were completely professional and hard working. They had to pack my china cabinet, which they took extreme care of. I am very pleased with the level of service that Straight Forward Moving provided. They exceeded our expectation until this moment. I am still waiting on my delivery since I took a vacation in between homes, but I am absolutely certain my furniture is in good hands. I recommend using Straight Forward Moving to everyone!!
