D. Extraordinarily professional, yet WARM and friendly!
E. Their PRICE was very competitive. We now realize how we've been robbed by prior moving companies. Straight Forward Moving has integrity and will not overcharge you - and they will do everything they promise! I should have read the contract, most of us usually don't, which is why I didn't know I should have told them we have 2 flights of stairs at home... It was a "surprise" charge, but no biggie. Make sure to read what you sign!:) Besides from that everything went flawlessly.
