I placed the order on 8/10 and waited 9 weeks to get the couches with wrong color. I contacted them where the delivery people were still at my place so they could take them back but the customer service representative advised to keep it till they make the new one in the right color. So did we! It's been 10 weeks and we haven't heard anything from them. We've been trying to contact them but no luck. They are not replying to the emails, no live chatting and the phone gives me the same "AT&T" message... I don't know what to do. If they are out of business that's fine... Let us know... Give us our money back. It is a fraud...
