I purchased a bed from Factorees.com for about $1000.00 October 26th. Here it is January 8th and I have not been able to reach them for over two weeks as the message indicates " thank you for calling AT&T, we are currently closed in observance of New Years. Please call back during normal business hours". I am very worried.
