Much as others on this site, I ordered a couch from this company and it's far exceeded thier maximum delivery date. Now it's impossible to get ahold of them. No answer to emails, phone has auto message that has nothing to even do with the company and help chat is nothing of the kind. Says, that question will be submitted an to look for email response. Estimated delivery on thier site states 3-9 weeks with 5 being the norm. I'm at 12 and not even a tracking number yet.
As others fear, I believe this company is getting ready to run off with our money. Personally, I spent over $2000. My last correspondance was as follows:
"Good morning,
Your order is scheduled to ship out from our distribution center by
the end of this week, or early next week. You will receive your
tracking number and an estimated delivery date when it does. Our
carrier will call you as soon as your order is ready for final
delivery.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us
and we will be happy to assist you."
This was almost 4 weeks ago...
Very soon I'll be looking for legal help if they are still silent.
