Many issues with my couch and love seat, I had an warranty and they offered me $200 per item, or have someone come out to fix it, I accepted their offer because the items I had bought turn out to be total crap.
I went to the store in Park Royal, and went to look for a new couch, one of the conditions I had was once the new couch was delivered, please take the carp with you that I have bought before, they refused.
I then asked for the $400 back a in cash, after 30 minutes they said that they could not issue the cash back to me and it would have to be in from of a cheque which would take two weeks.
The Manager seem very uncaring and could give to * about customer service, I for one will NEVER go back to the Brick!!!
