Szul Horrible customer care and quality - DIamond jewlery

I have ordered over $2500 worth of diamond jewlery. I asked to pick it up from their wearhouse as I was in New York at the time. They agreed. I went there at the time they specified and my items were not ready. I had to wait there with my 2 children for over an hour. Then one I inspected the items the quality was very poor, the diamons were not good quality and so I had them replaced. Once I got home one of the diamonds that were replaced fell out. I contacted Szul and they were quite rude about repairing it even though it was in the 60 day warranty time. I had to send it back and insure it on my cost. They shipped it back to me making me pay for duty again saying I didn't pay for duty as I picked it up at their store, which infact I paid when I came back to Canada. Tyey ended up calling me on my cell phone in the middle of my class (am a teacher). The agent was VERY rude to me and told me if I don't pay I will not get my item back and that I can not get a return even if I wanted to. They also said that they covered the cost as a kind gesture.in fact it was their reponsibility as it was still under warranty. I will NEVER order from Szul again and I do not want anyone else to endure this scam again.
