I recently made a purchase, Order# XXXXX, in which I received several "All Natural" gemstone necklaces and bracelets. The "all natural citrine" necklace I had wrapped around my wrist while washing my hands a few minutes ago ruined my blouse as it dripped yellow dye all over while drying my hands. I am now suspicious of all the supposed gemstones I received. I would like:
1) a refund for the citrine necklaces. I received two, one as a replacement for the amethyst necklace I ordered that was out of stock
2) a reassurance that all of the other gemstones in my order, including amethyst, peridot, aquamarine, and blue turquoise, are actually the natural gemstones and not some dyed imposter. If that is not possible, I would like a full refund for piece that is not as was represented.

I am not satisfied with this answer. I do not dispute that the underlying "gemstones" are natural stones. I want to know if they are the stones I believed I was buying. The citrine isn't "defective." It isn't citrine at all, just some clear quartz dyed yellow. That is a big difference.
If you can not verify that ever one of the other gemstones in my order are authentic, I would like a refund for every item in this order.

As informed these items are natural stones however you can use your discretion to send the items back. We are sorry to hear that the item you purchased was not to your satisfaction and do extend our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please return the item to the Shipping Address listed below. Please also note the RMA Number listed below and mark that as a reference number on both the packing slip as well as on the outside of the package used for shipping. Items cannot be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
We also advise that the package is insured in the amount of the original purchase.
Once received, the item will be inspected and upon verification, your Credit Card will be credited for a Full Refund. All refunds are issued on the Friday after the item is released from inspection. Please allow a maximum of 5-7 days for your credit to appear once processed.
