Cursing/Ignoring Phone Calls at Central Offices

I visited this shop on Christmas Event this past year (4 weeks before) with my boy and dad who'd lately had a swing. Although purchasing, I notice the AREA SUPERVISOR within the back-office yelling obscenities within the phone. He employed vocabulary that my youthful boy had never noticed before, and all this on Christmas Eve. I had been easily welcomed by another supervisor who offered me a phone number to KFC CENTRAL PRACTICES. I approached them on that evening and was informed they might return the phone call. After four weeks, I called back nowadays... Again no telephone call back. I believe this conduct from the AREA MANAGER indicates flaws that require to be resolved. I've not delivered and intend on calling the Greater Business Institution each morning. I'm so happy that my boy (whois mom deserted him at age 3) and my dad, who's 55% brain dead from the current swing, might encounter Holiday with KFCis team cussing just like a sailor and performing therefore wrongly (even while there have been Holiday decorations up). Im upset by this and much more so by being overlooked.
