I too have been a victim of Seattle Coffee Direct charging my account twice! I "refused" both shipments. The post office gave me a tracking number (s). I have not heard a word or seen a refund. If you go to their website, it states "no longer taking orders at this site". If you hit contact us, a box comes up with refund information. It states 30 -45 days to receive a refund.
