This company calls my house everyday... I do not owe them a cent, the account is in my daughters name who is 27... She is very sick and not working i have been making her car payment for about a year... We lost 1/2 of our income this past month... Her payment was sapose to be due on the 27th of feb. They changed it to the 12th with out my knowledge... I have recieved several calls...
Today the collector that called would not give me her name... My caller id state. Tfc. And the number... I call it back and spoke to come person who wanted me to posst date a check... I refused... He said they would keep calling... I then ask for a supervisior... He was arguementive and loud... I am ready to sue this company for harressment as i stated before i do not owe them a thing... This is not my account... Has never been...
