If You ordered anything from A1wireless or any other company affiliated with the parent company InPhonic and are awaiting a rebate, you might be out of luck.in November InPhonic filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. They have reorganized and the new company name is Simplexity (www.simplexity.com). If there's any hope for the hundreds of people waiting for their rebates, I would like to know, they owe me $180 in rebates. I just hate to be ripped off. I'm finding out that the parent company back when it was still called InPhonic, had been sued back in 2006 for the same issues, not paying their customers the rebates they were due. Any Good Lawyers Out There?
