Bocal Raton Wholefoods.indifference to support, poor quality/ended foold on racks, no reaction to grievances.

4/9/10 $192 total purchase to include OJ, Quiche, Chicken Salad. Chicken salad included pieces which seemed as carefully cut to bone and flavor was suspect. Quiche included difficult bits of pork, flavor likewise believe. OJ day of expiration 4/9/10 (did not have glasses with me, would not have believed the date would be the very same day bought). Posted criticism via site 4/10/10, no reaction. Delivered to shop 4/16/10, requested for area of pate', proven, requested about mousse pate', informed by worker "this is actually the pate'" said on his perspective and chose to demand supervisor. "Evan" came after 5 mins, recommended of last visit problems (OJ, Quiche etc.) his response (after a clear show of that which was an indifferent attitude) was "I'm certain it had been not deliberate, we make errors". Then he proceeded with..."Well, what's your condition nowadays?" where stage I recommended I'd again contact the house office to which he replied: "you need to do that" and went away. Provided Regional Director title, named quantity, remaining concept for "Juan" to come back phone regarding shop problems, contact never delivered.
