I recently had the toughest cust serv of any walmart store. 1 week before my motheris 8oth birthday, I named from outofstate and requested 400 bits of poultry. The purchase was established and that I was handed the sum total due upon collection. Your day prior to the celebration I flew into city, ceased from the shop to make sure no problems.in the deli department the mgr recommended that while she'd the purchase your day before she was down and didnt understand when the poultry have been requested, but she'd contact me each morning (day of the celebration) if there have been a problem. I came across that to become undesirable and requested for that shop mgr., who achieved with me and recommended there could be no problem and also the poultry could be prepared. 2 hours before collection period, the mgr named me to express, he'd bad and the good information. The poor was his shop didnt possess the poultry as guaranteed but that another regional shop was planning it and that I will have to choose it-up there. Not just was this annoying and being from outofstate unfamiliar with another shop, get time for that unique purchase was simply 2 hours before party-time. I had been livid. The shop mgr experimented with repair the problem by providing 100.00 giftcard. I'd no option but to simply accept equally giftcard and also the purchase. The poultry was difficult and half burnt and terrible. Certainly walmart hasnt created their repetition with this kind of support.
