We placed our order took 20 min to get it they had to keep telling the cooks to make the big mac 4 times after we got our food we ordered to go we left we were 5 minutes down the road when we were getting our food out to eat it was the wrong order so we turned around went back they said sorry mam it will be 20 min. Before we will have it ready i said no i dont have that time here is the food i want my money back she said the manager was busy his name was antone i spoke with antone and let him know what the problem was he said well im sorry people make mistakes he said do u want us to remake ur order or keep what you have i said neither give me a refund he turned around walked away i though he was giving me a refund 10 min pass i said im i getting a refund they said i dont know he is busy you will have to wait til he is done i could not wait they keep the food pluss my money
