I requested the Silver and Gold Structure (candy) gift basket for an aged girlfriend. Wine Country never sent it. I acquired online and had a live-chat using their repetition who stated these were back-ordered and never to fear - the container might appear promptly for Christmas. 3 nights later however no notice of cargo. I delivered them a contact that was never responded to. Lastly I named Them-They explained I requested the Club Essestials container and never the Silver and Gold Structure. I contended together and lastly delivered them a duplicate of the own mail confirming what I requested. Lastly they accepted these were from the candy baskets and were replacing the Club Basics. I told them-they had no expert to achieve that plus they must have accepted in my experience in early stages they were oversold and that I might have delivered anything else FROM another person. I'll never conduct business together again. I had been a person for several years but no further. You will find way too many other individuals who need the company. I wont provide anymore cash to somebody who chooses to exchange with no clients acceptance. This woman has ended 80 that I'm giving to. She's no use for Club Basics. She simply dropped her partner and that I needed her to possess anything great to consume. Exactly what a mistake I created. Never again.!!!
