Inferior quality - stale products - delivered 2 weeks late

I ordered and was charged (81.90) for a gift basket for Christmas. It wasn't delivered until a week after Christmas. I specifically ordered a basket that listed NO CANDY as the recipients are diabetic. When it was finally delivered I was told that the basket had mostly candy (cheap) and some was stale dated for June. They said if there was 25.00 worth of junk they would be surprised,

When I called the company, every department I tried had voice mail. I asked for a call back but never got it. I left my complaint (it had not been delivered yet) on the answering machine, then called my bank to dispute the charge. I have been credited but am not sure if the bank or Berretti's credited me. Not even the courtesy of a call!
