I had a bad experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza was nasty and undercooked and the breadsticks were rock hard and cold. The guy on the phone was curt with my wife and the manager was rude when I showed up to pick up my order.
That is not my main complaint though. I complained on line... Twice and no one has responded to me at all. Nothing.
I don't want free food, I just want someone to recognize my complaint.
While I was only mildly dissatisfied earlier... Now I am very upset. You would think a large corporation would understand something about customer service. Nope.
