Requested goods on November 12. Didn't obtained until December 15th. Although waiting, I NAMED - got no solution, but remaining 2 communications, SENT - three times, no reaction, ANSWERED on SITE CONTACT 2 times - no-call, no mail.

After I did obtain the goods some tips about what I came across:

8 terribly broken containers (health problem), one marinade that ended Jan 01, one marinade that ended Dec 01, and two free chopsticks... How good! The presentation was terrible and free, with packing nuts

I sent, named and answered on site contact, again, and again. Nevertheless no-call, no mail, no reaction. I had been actually good about this! All I'd like would be to deal the damaged cans for clear containers, and also the expired sauces permanently sauces. Simple enough, you might believe!
