Employees Max & Frank Took my TV for refund and did not provide, ripped me off for $900
I bought a HD television from Circuit City on March 2nd 2009. A JVC 42" ipod tv. This had a picture that I could not watch. It was horrible. Black hair was blue, any brown or blonde hair was bright red, there was a complete hue around the picture, it was fuzzy, definately not HD, completely ...
