Unsafe installation and terrible customer service

Sears salesman arrived to the home, did an analysis and offered us a Gas heater and Electrical air conditioner and planned an installation period. The companies that were delivered remaining (2) 2 foot x-1 foot openings where aged return ports were, cut registers in incorrect areas, and walked through the roof. Within 14 days we were having issues. We discovered AN ENORMOUS water spot underneath wherever the heater/fan was up within the loft and also the AC not switching on whatsoever. The companies were delivered back out and set it (attributed it on-US for not altering the filter though it had just been on 14 days).inside a week we'd another water spot within the same location. They set it. Following day ANOTHER Water spot and much more employees to repair it. It has been happening/off for last six months.

Another night we arrived home and also the AC/heater no longer working AGAIN. That within the six months we have had the machine we've had issues EACH AND EVERY MONTH! Their protection was that once we contact to possess them come repair it is the fact that they sent somebody. (Its under manufacturer guarantee, Sear's warranty and we purchased a-2 year safety strategy together —so that they don't have any option in the future out and repair it)

Our spouse and that I paid of wallet to get a certified HVAC specialist (not Sears associated) in the future out and make certain it was operating correctly - we were scared to utilize it.
