I called these peopl on November 4 to put a pre-paid card on my tracfone and the first time i was on the phone for 45 minutes and then i ask to talk with the superviser and was HUNG UP ON, i than called backand was on the phoone for 77 minutes and was HUNG UP ON AGAIN i am NOT HAPPY with the survice i got and one lady told me my phone was no longer good because it was 1 year old, what kind of bueness is this to do people this way i want my money back for the PHONEAND THE 40 UNITE CARDthat i bought.
